Grilled Naan Bites

- 1 Daily Kneads Whole Grain Vegetable Naan
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2-3 Tablespoons Garlic Cream Cheese
- 2 Slices of prosciutto
- 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 Cup Arugula
- A few slices of sun-dried red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes
Wash your arugula and set aside on a paper towel to dry. While the arugula is drying, take 2 slices of prosciutto and tear into bite-pieces for topping later.
On your Daily Kneads Naan, spread 2-3 tablespoons of garlic cream cheese or your favorite spread generously across the top of your naan.
Top your naan and spread with ¼ cup of your pre-washed arugula, dust with feta cheese crumble at taste, add your prosciutto strips and sprinkle on sun-dried red peppers or tomato.
